Sukshna Clothing LLP
Overview
Sukshna Clothing LLP operates as a B2B apparel manufacturing and supply company. All products are manufactured or sourced against confirmed specifications, samples, and approvals. Due to the customized and bulk nature of our business, returns and refunds are strictly limited.
This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Any request raised after this period will not be considered.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

Products received are physically damaged during transit, or

Products materially differ from the final approved sample or agreed specifications due to a manufacturing issue attributable to us.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Items must be in original packaging

Valid proof of purchase and supporting images/videos are required
Items sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Variations
Minor variations in color shade, measurements, stitching, or finish may occur in bulk apparel production despite strict quality control. Such variations are considered standard industry practice and do not qualify as damage or defect.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Customized, made-to-order, private-label, or logo-branded products

Bulk and corporate orders

Discounted or promotional items

Approved samples and sample-based productions
All dispatched orders are treated as final.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered as a standard practice. In rare cases where a return is approved after inspection, resolution will be provided at our sole discretion, which may include replacement or credit adjustment. Any approved refund or adjustment will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges / Replacements
We only replace items that are verified to be damaged in transit or incorrectly manufactured. To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sukshnaclothing@gmail.com along with supporting evidence. Approved returns must be shipped to the address shared by our team.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Sale & Promotional Orders
Items purchased under special pricing, bulk discounts, or promotional terms are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
