Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy
Overview
- Customers can exchange the order within 1 day from the date of delivery by paying exchange shipping charges.
- In case of an exchange: the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location. we request our customers to pay for reverse and forward pickup charges.
- We do not accept returns as products are dispatched only after they are checked by our team.
- We reserve the right not to accept the return of products that:
- We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). - For size issues, our size chart is available in product details. Please go through it before ordering with us.
- We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
- If you have received a defective product, provide us images and an unboxing video made by you on WhatsApp at +91-8962426264 or mail us at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
(Note: If an unboxing video is not provided then, you won’t be eligible for return/exchange your order) - Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
As we do not have our delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like Delhivery, Amazon Surface, and other local delivery partners, etc.
If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
